Disclaimer & Independent Agency Notice

1. Independent Travel Concierge Status

AirVistaraX functions strictly as an independent flight search assistance and reservation consulting platform. Our telephone specialists review available airline schedules, routes, and fare categories on behalf of consumers across the United States. We do not provide air transportation directly.

2. Trademark & Brand Name Disclaimers

All third-party airline names, trademarks, logos, trade names, service marks, airport identifiers (such as IATA/ICAO codes), and aircraft imagery displayed or referenced on AirVistaraX.com are the exclusive intellectual property of their respective trademark owners. Use of these names and marks on this website is made strictly for nominative, descriptive, and informational route identification purposes, and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or commercial association with any airline.

3. Airfares, Availability & Booking Terms

All quoted fares, departure times, route availability, and airline ticket rules are sourced from live reservations databases and global distribution systems (GDS). Prices and seat inventories fluctuate dynamically based on real-time carrier demand. Quotes provided over the phone are valid at the time of consultation and become locked only upon formal ticket issuance.

4. Airline Contracts of Carriage

When an air ticket is purchased, a direct legal contract of carriage is established between the traveler and the operating airline. The operating airline is exclusively responsible for flight operations, boarding schedules, baggage handling, mechanical delays, and flight cancellations. Passengers are subject to the specific terms and policies of the respective operating carrier.
